FilBerg began with polo illustrations and a shared idea: translate original artwork into silk scarves. Fabio Francesco Filograsso and Rudolf Berglehner introduced the brand at Swiss polo events in 2017.

Color & lifestyle
Rudolf contributes color, scarf borders and experience in luxury yacht decoration, connecting the artistic collection to a wider lifestyle.
Fabio Francesco Filograsso, was born in Puglia in Barletta. From an early age he attended a private art school “De Stefani” directed by the painter Maria Picardi Coliac, who, through her strict and intense teaching methods, managed to bring out all the artistic expression from his young pupil.
Participation in various group exhibitions leads him to win prizes as well. Subsequently he attended the State Institute of Art and in those years his passion for the design of fashion accessories grew.
In 2010 he moved to Liguria for the school of comics and was lucky enough to meet and be a private student of one of the greatest Italian cartoonists, Giovanni Talami, from whom he learned the art of illustration, as well as comics, and perfected the anatomical drawing of the human and animal body.
In 2013 he moved to Tuscany to follow, both for passion and for curiosity, a course in shoe design and modeling, where only the 10 best designers of Tuscany were invited.
Even today he continues to attend courses to specialize in everything that could represent the future of FilBerg.Design.
Rudolf Berglehner
Rudolf Berglehner was born in Germany, specifically in Bavaria, and has a degree in Industrial Economics and International languages. During his training and work experience he entered the nautical world driven by a passion for interior design and decoration of high-level and luxury yachts. With this activity, several doors of luxury lifestyle are opened to him, which also lead him into the world of Polo.
His passion are horses and therefore FilBerg.Design’s first presentation was in polo tournaments in Switzerland.
He leads, among other companies around the world, High Goal ag from Switzerland which is active in the international business of high luxury.
Collaboration
The collaboration between the two began with the first illustrations of Polo and hence the idea of creating, initially for fun, a high-quality line of silk scarves.
In 2017 they presented FilBerg.Design at the Polo Cup Ascona and St. Moritz events in Switzerland and, surprisingly, they achieved great success. The invitations to the various Polo Cups will also continue in the following years.
The tasks between the two partners are divided as follows: Fabio takes care of the artistic part and Rudolf of the selection of colors and the creation of the various Greek frames of the scarves. This combination of Greek and patterned designs represent the original and distinctive trait of FilBerg.Design which currently includes over 70 designs in different materials and different sizes of scarves.
In march 2021 FilBerg.Design participated in the Milano Fashion Week for the first time. The new line 2021 was presented in the Milano Fashion Week at the end of September 2021.
In March 2022 FilBerg.Design was invited to the fashion show at Expo Center Dubai and had a big success with the presentation of the first dress in silk LES FLEURS DU LOTUS.
In June 2022 FilBerg.Design presented the first five dresses, all based on silk fabrics, in the Lugano fashion show in Switzerland. The photo shooting took place at the ‘Hotel Principe Leopoldo’.
In October 2022 FilBerg.Design opened its own Showroom in Switzerland, at Brissago, on the Lake Maggiore.
Future projects
Future projects foresee the artistic and commercial growth of FilBerg.Design with its entry into various design sectors. The next step in fact concerns the creation of very special and elegant women’s silk dresses. In this regard, Fabio has studied and attended a fashion academy that allowed him to learn all the techniques necessary for the creation of this new line.
The different silk fabrics are printed in Como, Italy, and two Italian tailors of “Haute Couture” together with Fabio are producing those tailor made dresses in Tuscany.
Furthermore, the production of men’s scarves in cashmere, wool and silk, linen and silk has already begun and will be completed in the winter season of 2023.
“Last but not least”, the creation of the FilBerg.Home line for interior design, home, luxury yachts and commercial offices. These will be tailor-made and personalized creations; the choice of materials, decorations, finishes will be made in synergy with the customer because each product must be unique and original. In this field, Rudolf’s thirty years of experience in the nautical world as a decorator of interiors for luxury yachts will be the master along with Fabio’s artistic genius.
A fundamental combination which will be successful in indoor and outdoor finishings, design and decorations.
In 2023 the main FilBerg project will be the design and production of beautiful leather bags and travel bags finished with Fabio’s design as a “combination of leather and silk”.
There will also be a surprise – the presentation of the first piece of FilBerg.Art!
Even knowing how complicated it is today to carry on and grow such a sector, FilBerg.Design will never stop in front of obstacles as it firmly believes that uphill paths are the most fascinating and stimulating because the spectacle we witness once arrived at the top, it is wonderful and unforgettable.
There is no lack of stimuli, not even the desire for which: “Only full speed ahead”.
